目的：探讨电话回访对加强肠息肉术后患者健康恢复的意义。方法选择在我院进行肠息肉切除的527例患者，通过电话回访，了解患者出院后的饮食，活动及有无腹痛腹胀及大便情况，给予患者正确的饮食及活动指导。结果电话回访切实了解患者出院后的康复情况，对患者出院后的注意事项进行了有效的健康教育，提高了患者及家属对医院服务的满意度。结论电话回访对加强肠息肉术后患者健康恢复具有重要意义。
목적：탐토전화회방대가강장식육술후환자건강회복적의의。방법선택재아원진행장식육절제적527례환자，통과전화회방，료해환자출원후적음식，활동급유무복통복창급대편정황，급여환자정학적음식급활동지도。결과전화회방절실료해환자출원후적강복정황，대환자출원후적주의사항진행료유효적건강교육，제고료환자급가속대의원복무적만의도。결론전화회방대가강장식육술후환자건강회복구유중요의의。
Objective To investigate the significance of health education in patients who had received polypectomy by phone cal consultation.Methods We chose 488 patients who had received polypectomy in qingdao municipal hospital,investigated the situation of patients after discharge and carried out health education by phone cal consultation.Results Caling back interview had enhance patients' understanding of medical knowledge and changed their poor way of life and in turn enhanced the relationship between the patients and the hospital. Conclusion Caling back interview has very important practical significance on patients who have received polypectomy.
