目的：探讨中西医结合治疗带状疱疹的疗效，并总结其护理方法。方法选取我院2013年3月～2014年5月收治的带状疱疹患者80例作为临床研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各40例。对照组患者给予西药治疗，观察组在西药治疗的基础上加用中药进行治疗，并实施有效的护理措施。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果根据统计结果，观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，比较结果具有差异性（P<0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗带状疱疹具有良好的疗效，且其临床护理不可忽视。

목적：탐토중서의결합치료대상포진적료효，병총결기호리방법。방법선취아원2013년3월～2014년5월수치적대상포진환자80례작위림상연구대상，수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조각40례。대조조환자급여서약치료，관찰조재서약치료적기출상가용중약진행치료，병실시유효적호리조시。비교량조환자적치료효과。결과근거통계결과，관찰조환자적치료총유효솔고우대조조，비교결과구유차이성（P<0.05）。결론중서의결합치료대상포진구유량호적료효，차기림상호리불가홀시。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined chinese and western medicine in treating herpes zoster,and summarize the nursing method.Methods80 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,which were treated in our hospital from March 2013 to May 2014,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group were treated with western medicine,the observation group was treated with chinese herbal medicine on the basis of western medicine treatment,and effective nursing measures were implemented. To compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The combination of chinese and western medicine treatment of herpes zoster has good curative effect,and its clinical nursing can not be ignored.
