压力管道定期检验中,会发现一些焊缝超标缺陷,必须进行修复处理确保安全运行。针对管道的状况,应用复合材料修复技术,选用合适的修复材料和修复工艺,从理论上认证其安全可靠性,实践上也是经济可行且有效的,是一种值得推广的补强技术。
壓力管道定期檢驗中,會髮現一些銲縫超標缺陷,必鬚進行脩複處理確保安全運行。針對管道的狀況,應用複閤材料脩複技術,選用閤適的脩複材料和脩複工藝,從理論上認證其安全可靠性,實踐上也是經濟可行且有效的,是一種值得推廣的補彊技術。

In periodical inspection of pressure piping, some weld defects which are beyond tolerance may be found, so that repair must be performed to make the vessel in safe operation. In this article, with respect to the application of composite material piping, the techniques of using composite materials and repair process were theoretically discussed and verified form the view point of safety. It has been concluded that the techniques are feasible and effective and are worthwhile to be spread widely.
