目的：观察分析老年患者心血管疾病的护理要点。方法选择老年患者心血管疾病患者104例，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，每组52例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组护理的基础上实施护理干预措施。结果观察组临床症状改善情况及护理满均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对老年患者心血管疾病患者实施针对性的护理干预措施，可以改善患者的临床症状，提高护理满意度。

목적：관찰분석노년환자심혈관질병적호리요점。방법선택노년환자심혈관질병환자104례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조량조，매조52례，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조재대조조호리적기출상실시호리간예조시。결과관찰조림상증상개선정황급호리만균우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론대노년환자심혈관질병환자실시침대성적호리간예조시，가이개선환자적림상증상，제고호리만의도。
Objective To observe and analyze the key points of nursing care for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods Elderly patients with cardiovascular disease in 104 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,52 cases in each group,the control group received routine nursing care,the observation group in the control group of nursing based on the implementation of nursing intervention measures.ResultsThe clinical symptoms improvement and nursing of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing interventions for elderly patients with cardiovascular disease,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve nursing satisfaction.
