采用高精度力矩传感器,实验测量了气液两相半椭圆管盘式涡轮桨搅拌槽内通气量对轴弯矩的影响规律,发现扭矩符合对称性双峰分布,弯矩仍符合Weibull分布。相对弯矩随通气量的增加呈现先降后增加的趋势,是流场不稳定性、桨叶背后气穴以及气体对桨叶的直接冲击三者共同作用的结果。研究结果可为气液搅拌反应器的设计提供参考。

The effect of gas flow volume to the bending moment acting on the overhung shaft in gas-liquid vessel stirred by a hemi-ellipse disk turbine was measured by a high precision moment sensor experimentally. The results showed that the amplitude distributions of torque and bending moment are fitted by symmetry bimodal distribution and asymmetric Weibull distribution respectively. The relative bending moment decreases first then increase gradually as gas flow increasing, which is the result of combined contribution of fluid instability, cavity behind blade and the gas direct impact on impeller. What presented herein is key information for design of gas-liquid stirring reactor.
