气体冷却器是保证压缩机组稳定运行的关键设备。对气体冷却器所用13MnNiMoR钢板的焊接性进行了分析,完成了合格的焊接工艺评定,并制定出满足产品的焊接工艺规程。通过对焊接过程的严格控制,有效防止了冷裂纹的产生,使焊接的气体冷却器筒体满足了质量要求。

Gas cooler is the key equipment for stable operation of compressor set. In this article, the welding performance of 13MnNiMoR steel plate used for gas cooler was analyzed. The qualified welding procedure qualification was completed and relative welding specification, by which the requirements for products would be reached, was formulated. With strict control of welding procedures, the creation of cold crack has been effectively protected, so that the welded cylinder of gas cooler is qualified in requirements of quality.
