了解肝包虫病治疗的现状和新进展。收集当前有关肝包虫病外科治疗和药物治疗的文献并对其进行综述。肝囊型包虫病是由细粒棘球蚴引起的一种人兽共患的寄生虫病，手术治疗是其首选治疗方案，并有较好的效果。随着外科技术的发展，外科手术切除术及微创治疗在治疗肝包虫病方面有了新进展。近年来药物治疗也取得了不错的疗效。应当依据患者的具体病情和临床状况来选择治疗手段和制订治疗方案，以达到减小复发率，延长患者生存率的目的。

To understand the current situation and new progress in the treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.The literatures about operation treatment, drug treatment of hepatic echinococcosis were reviewed.The operative treatments of hepatic echinococcosis was the preferred treatment for the disease and also made a positive treatment effect.With the continuous development of surgical tech-niques, the operative treatments of hepatic echinococcosis and interventional therapy have made a great progress.Currently, chemotherapy drugs also achieved a very good effect in the treatment of hepatic echinococcosis.We should choice a reasonable treatment and make a plan according to the specific circumstances of patients, aiming at reducing the recurence rate and prolong patient survival.
