目前，国内设计制造的大型石油化工流程泵一般为低转速的双吸泵，无法满足市场的需求。针对这一现状，大耐泵业有限公司研制出符合API 610标准的高转速、重载荷的双吸石化流程泵，该类泵设计难度较大，对制造和装配工艺要求较高。样机经过型式试验和用户现场使用证明，不仅各项关键参数达到国际领先水平，而且运转平稳、关键零部件使用寿命长。

At recent, petrochemical process pumps made in China are generally low rotary rate and light duty double suction pumps. To change this situation, Danai developed high rotary rate and heavy duty double suction pump which is compliant to API 610. There is quite difficulties in the design of this pump, and high requirements exist in fabrication and assembly processes. After the type test and onsite application of the sample machine, it has proved that various key parameters have reached leading level, and moreover the performance is stable and the key components have long operation life.
