为确保钢板的加热质量,以明火加热的辊底式热处理炉为研究对象,建立了钢板加热过程数学模型,通过研究分析炉内传热机理,开发出辊底式热处理炉加热模型控制系统。此加热模型控制系统投运后,先后通过埋偶实验及生产实践检验,其结果表明模型计算精度较高,在线控制系统运行稳定,满足生产的需求。
為確保鋼闆的加熱質量,以明火加熱的輥底式熱處理爐為研究對象,建立瞭鋼闆加熱過程數學模型,通過研究分析爐內傳熱機理,開髮齣輥底式熱處理爐加熱模型控製繫統。此加熱模型控製繫統投運後,先後通過埋偶實驗及生產實踐檢驗,其結果錶明模型計算精度較高,在線控製繫統運行穩定,滿足生產的需求。

To ensure the quality of heating slab, took a flame heating roller-hearth heat treatment furnace as the research object, by analyzing the heat transfer mechanism in furnace, heating model control system of roller-hearth heat treatment furnace were developed in this paper. After this heating model control system was putted into operation, it had been checked by buried thermocouple test and production practice. Experimental results show that the heating model has high accuracy and on-line control system is stable, it meets the production requirements.
