目的:探讨左侧肾前筋膜间平面的CT解剖学特点。方法:对1具尸体标本的左侧肾前筋膜行单纯断层解剖学研究。对3具尸体标本行左侧肾旁前间隙乳胶灌注,并制作断面标本;其中1具在制作断面标本前行CT扫描。将CT图像及断面标本进行对照观察,记录灌注剂在肾旁前间隙和肾前筋膜间平面内的弥散情况。结果:1具尸体标本的单纯断层解剖学研究表明,左侧肾前筋膜为多层膜状结构,其间存在潜在间隙。3具灌注标本中,肾旁前间隙的灌注剂进入左侧肾前筋膜间平面内。其中,1具轴位断层标本,灌注剂仅进入左侧肾前筋膜间平面,边界清晰;1具轴位断层标本中,灌注剂进入左侧肾前筋膜间平面并蔓延至桥隔内,向内侧蔓延至中线大血管周围,向外侧蔓延至侧锥筋膜和肾后筋膜内;1具矢状位断面标本,灌注剂进入左侧肾前筋膜间平面并蔓延至桥隔内,向后进入肾后筋膜内,向下进入锥下间隙内。结论:左侧肾前筋膜为多层膜状结构,其间有潜在间隙即肾前筋膜间平面。肾旁前间隙急剧增多的液体可进入左侧肾前筋膜间平面,并可蔓延至桥隔、侧锥筋膜、肾后筋膜和锥下间隙内。

목적:탐토좌측신전근막간평면적CT해부학특점。방법:대1구시체표본적좌측신전근막행단순단층해부학연구。대3구시체표본행좌측신방전간극유효관주,병제작단면표본;기중1구재제작단면표본전행CT소묘。장CT도상급단면표본진행대조관찰,기록관주제재신방전간극화신전근막간평면내적미산정황。결과:1구시체표본적단순단층해부학연구표명,좌측신전근막위다층막상결구,기간존재잠재간극。3구관주표본중,신방전간극적관주제진입좌측신전근막간평면내。기중,1구축위단층표본,관주제부진입좌측신전근막간평면,변계청석;1구축위단층표본중,관주제진입좌측신전근막간평면병만연지교격내,향내측만연지중선대혈관주위,향외측만연지측추근막화신후근막내;1구시상위단면표본,관주제진입좌측신전근막간평면병만연지교격내,향후진입신후근막내,향하진입추하간극내。결론:좌측신전근막위다층막상결구,기간유잠재간극즉신전근막간평면。신방전간극급극증다적액체가진입좌측신전근막간평면,병가만연지교격、측추근막、신후근막화추하간극내。
Objective:To study the radiologic-anatomic features of the interfacial planes of the left anterior renal fascia. Methods:Four cadavers (including 3 male,1 female) were included. One cadaver underwent purely sectional anatomy and histologic study. Three cadavers carried out latex injection into the anterior pararenal space,and one of them underwent CT scanning. After that, sectional specimens (including the transverse and sagittal section) were done. Observed the CT images and sectional specimens, and recorded the latex diffusion extent in the anterior renal fascia. Results:The purely sectional anatomy and histologic study showed that the left anterior renal fascia was multiple slice structure,and interfacial planes were detected. The latex injected into the anterior pararenal space perfused into the interfacial planes of the left anterior renal fascia in 3 cadavers. Among the three,one showed that the latex located in the interfacial planes of the left anterior renal fascia only,one showed that the latex perfused into the bridge septa,posterior renal fascia and lateroconal fascia,and the other perfused around the central blood ves-sels yet. Conclusions:The left anterior renal fascia is multiple slice structure. The rapidly collected fluid in the anterior pararenal space can fit-into the interfacial planes of the left anterior renal fascia,and other space of the retroperitoneal space.
