目的：对肝门区肿瘤的MRI诊断及临床应用价值进行评价分析，为今后的临床诊断工作提供有价值的参考信息。方法对45例肝门区肿瘤患者的MRI表现进行回顾性分析，并将MRI诊断结果与病理结果进行对照。结果 MRI扫描对肝门部胆管梗阻水平定位的准确率为93.33%，平扫与动态增强扫描对病变定性诊断的准确率为82.22%。结论 MRI检查在肝门区肿瘤的定性诊断以及定位鉴别具有重要意义，可为临床治疗提供可靠的参考信息。

Objective MRI diagnostic and clinical value of hilar tumors were evaluated and analyzed to provide valuable information for future reference clinical diagnosis.Methods 45 cases of MRI findings in patients with hilar tumors were retrospectively analyzed,and the results of MRI diagnosis and pathological findings.ResultsMRI scan hilar bile duct obstruction horizontal positioning accuracy was 93.33%,plain and dynamic enhanced MRI lesion diagnosis accuracy rate of 82.22%.Conclusion MRI examination in hilar tumor diagnosis and localization is important to identify,can provide a reliable reference information for clinical treatment.
