目的：探究肺癌临床诊断中肿瘤标志物的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年3月～2015年4月期间收治的50例肺癌患者，将其设为观察组，选取同期体检的50例健康人群，将其设为对照组。对比两组受检人员肿瘤标志物检验结果。结果两组受检人员经检查后，其观察组的胞角蛋白19片断21-1、CA125、癌胚抗原以及神经元特异性水平高于对照组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论肿瘤标记物是诊断肺癌患者的主要参考依据，具有较高的敏感性以及特异性，同时准确率较高，能提升诊断的可靠性。

목적：탐구폐암림상진단중종류표지물적응용효과。방법선취아원2014년3월～2015년4월기간수치적50례폐암환자，장기설위관찰조，선취동기체검적50례건강인군，장기설위대조조。대비량조수검인원종류표지물검험결과。결과량조수검인원경검사후，기관찰조적포각단백19편단21-1、CA125、암배항원이급신경원특이성수평고우대조조，P<0.05，구유통계학의의。결론종류표기물시진단폐암환자적주요삼고의거，구유교고적민감성이급특이성，동시준학솔교고，능제승진단적가고성。
Objective To explore the effect of tumor markers in clinical diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods Fifty patients with lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the observation group,and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group. The test results of tumor markers in the two groups were compared.Results Two groups by inspectors after examination,and the observation group of cel keratin 19 fragment 21-1,CA125,cancer embryo antigen and neuron specific level was significantly higher than that of the control group,P< 0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion Tumor markers are the main reference for the diagnosis of lung cancer patients,with high sensitivity and specificity,and higher accuracy,can improve the reliability of diagnosis.
