目的：探讨C-反应蛋白（CRP）检测在儿科危重患者中的价值。方法对比感染性患儿和正常对照者CRP及白细胞计数。结果细菌感染者血CRP水平和白细胞计数高于病毒感染者和正常对照者，CRP阳性率及WBC异常率高于病毒感染者（P<0.01），治疗后血CRP水平与病毒感染者差异具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论CRP对儿科危重患者的早期诊断及鉴别诊断具有临床价值。

목적：탐토C-반응단백（CRP）검측재인과위중환자중적개치。방법대비감염성환인화정상대조자CRP급백세포계수。결과세균감염자혈CRP수평화백세포계수고우병독감염자화정상대조자，CRP양성솔급WBC이상솔고우병독감염자（P<0.01），치료후혈CRP수평여병독감염자차이구유통계학의의（P<0.01）。결론CRP대인과위중환자적조기진단급감별진단구유림상개치。
Objective To investigate the value of C- reactive protein (CRP) in criticaly il patients.MethodsCRP and white blood cel counts were compared between infected children and normal controls. Results Showed significantly results: bacterial infection blood CRP and leukocyte count was significantly higher than that of virus infection and normal control, positive rate of CRP and WBC abnormal rate of higher than that of the virus infection persons (P< 0.01), after treatment, the serum CRP level and virus infection difference (P< 0.01).ConclusionCRP has significant clinical value in early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pediatric critical care patients.
