目的：探索放射性肠炎在中医学“托法”辨证论治的应用。方法分析放射性肠炎西医角度的病因、病机、临床表现以及病理，同时与中医疮疡病的病因、病机以及临床表现进行分析。结果放射性肠炎与疮疡在病因病机、病理变化及临床表现方面有很多相似性，放射性肠炎从疮疡论治，应辨病辩证辩分期相结合，以“托”法为主，兼以“消”、“补”，内外兼治、以外治灌肠为主，同时中西合参，增强疗效。结论临床上治疗放射性肠炎可结合中医辨证论治提高临床疗效。
목적：탐색방사성장염재중의학“탁법”변증론치적응용。방법분석방사성장염서의각도적병인、병궤、림상표현이급병리，동시여중의창양병적병인、병궤이급림상표현진행분석。결과방사성장염여창양재병인병궤、병리변화급림상표현방면유흔다상사성，방사성장염종창양론치，응변병변증변분기상결합，이“탁”법위주，겸이“소”、“보”，내외겸치、이외치관장위주，동시중서합삼，증강료효。결론림상상치료방사성장염가결합중의변증론치제고림상료효。
Objective To explore radioactive enteritis in the application of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment“method”.Methods Analysis of radioactive enteritis angle of western medicine etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and pathology,at the same time with ulcers disease of TCM etiology,pathogenesis and clinical manifestations were analyzed.Results Radioactive enteritis and ulcers in the etiology and pathogenesis, pathological changes and clinical manifestations of similarity,there are a lot of radioactive enteritis from ulcers treatment,should be combination of disease dialectical argument in instalment,give priority to with “law”,and “disappear”,“fil”,both inside and outside governance and outside governance enema is given priority to,and at the same time the chinese participation,enhance the curative effect.Conclusion Clinical treatment of radiation enteritis can be combined with syndrome differentiation of traditional chinese medicine to improve clinical curative effect.
