为了解决小区条播机分种不均匀、行间一致性差的问题，在原有锥体格盘式排种器的基础上加装了离心分种装置，由量孔漏斗、分配头、离心分配器及电机等组成。工作时，电机带动离心分配器高速转动，从而将从量孔漏斗落下的种子甩向分配头的各个通道，提高了分种均匀性。同时，对该装置进行了试验研究，确定影响分种均匀性的因素；并通过正交试验确定最优值，为进一步改进和研制适合我国小区播种的排种器提供理论依据。
