2015年,马铃薯主粮化发展战略的提出将极大地促进我国马铃薯种植业的发展,种植面积将显著增加,这对我国马铃薯播种机排种性能提出了更高的要求。我国带勺式马铃薯播种机漏种、重种指数较高,与国外相同机型相比差距很大。为此,利用带勺式马铃薯排种试验台进行了排种性能试验研究。试验得出了取种皮带张紧力、播种机工作速度、振动轮位置,以及充种高度对漏种、重种指数的影响规律,旨在为马铃薯播种机的设计及工作参数调整提供参考。

In 2005 , the development strategy of staple food will promote the development of potato farming greatly .Its plantation areas will increase dramatically .This makes a higher claim on the seeding performance of potato planters .The misses index and multiples index of cup belt potato planters of our country are high compared with foreign planters .So af-ter building experiment platform , the test and study of seeding performance was conducted .The influence laws of belt ten-sion , planters ’ working speed , the position of vibration wheel and seed filling height on misses index and multiples index was proposed based on experiments .This can provide the design of potato planters and adjustment of its working parame-ters with corresponding reference .
