针对目前大多中耕培土作业机械依靠燃油作为动力源严重污染环境且作业成本高等问题,通过替换动力源的方式,设计了电动旋耕培土机。试验结果表明:作业耕深稳定性、培土高度合格率、培土角度合格率及碎土率等作业性能指标均能达到国家相关标准规定,同时其经济性优于同功率燃油机械。
針對目前大多中耕培土作業機械依靠燃油作為動力源嚴重汙染環境且作業成本高等問題,通過替換動力源的方式,設計瞭電動鏇耕培土機。試驗結果錶明:作業耕深穩定性、培土高度閤格率、培土角度閤格率及碎土率等作業性能指標均能達到國傢相關標準規定,同時其經濟性優于同功率燃油機械。
침대목전대다중경배토작업궤계의고연유작위동력원엄중오염배경차작업성본고등문제,통과체환동력원적방식,설계료전동선경배토궤。시험결과표명:작업경심은정성、배토고도합격솔、배토각도합격솔급쇄토솔등작업성능지표균능체도국가상관표준규정,동시기경제성우우동공솔연유궤계。
Against existing rotary hillers serious environmental pollution problems , combined with higher operating costs , by way of replacing power sources , designed in the form of organization as well as an electric rotary Hillers transmission parameters .The test results shows that the plow depth stability , the height of Earthing up pass rate , the angle of Earthing up pass rate and the soil breaking rate according with national standards .While its fuel economy is better than the me-chanical power .
