荞麦属于难筛粒,生产加工前对其进行分级时,分级筛堵筛严重。为此,对影响荞麦分级效率的筛体振动频率、喂入量、弹球数量等因素进行了单因素及正交试验研究。试验结果显示:弹球在荞麦分级过程中清筛效果显著;当分级筛框格长度为65mm,且每个框格中放置7个直径为φ30mm 的硅胶弹球、筛体振动频率为8.22 Hz、喂入量为7.12kg/min时,分级效率较好,达到98.69%

Buckwheat is near mesh particle .When grading it before production processing , blinding is severe .The ex-periment study of factors including vibration frequency , feeding rate , and the number of bouncing ball that influence grading efficiency was conducted .The results show that the screening cleaning effect of bouncing ball is remarkable in the grading process.When the length of box is 65mm, the number of bouncing ball is 7 in each box, silica gel bouncing ball is 30mm in diameter, vibration frequency is 8.22Hz and feeding rate is 7.12kg/min, grading efficiency reaches 98 .69%.
