针对我国目前已有的灭茬起垄耕整机的使用、研发现状及虚拟样机技术在农业机械设计上的应用,研究了基于CATIA 技术,设计研发一种新型灭茬起垄耕整机。该机具彻底打破现有灭茬起垄耕整机的“灭茬、起垄”分开进行的设计技术,可依靠螺旋形刀辊实现灭茬、起垄作业,动力消耗低,灭茬起垄效果好。通过利用 CATIA三维参数化造型软件对机器各零部件进行三维建模和虚拟装配,使整个机具的外形和零件间的组装情况能够直观地表达出来。另外,从三维模型可自动生成平面二维工程图,用于生产与加工,大大提高了灭茬起垄耕整机的开发效率。

According to the existing in our country the use and research and development status of stubble ridging tillage machine , and the application of virtual prototype technology in agricultural machinery design , this paper mainly studied the technology based on CATIA ,designed and developed a new type of stubble ridging tillage machine ,the design com-pletely break the existing stubble ridging tillage machine of the stubble , ridging separately design technology , depending on the machine spiral knife roller to achieve the stubble , ridging , low power consumption , low stubble ridging effect is good .By using CATIA 3 d parameterized modeling software for 3 d modeling and virtual machine parts assembly , the whole assembly condition between the appearance of machines and parts can be visually expressed .In addition ,from the 3 d model can automatically generate a two-dimensional engineering drawing ,used in the production and processing ,greatly improving the development efficiency of stubble ridging tillage machine .
