本文针对目前我国绩效考核中存在问题，以过程资产原理为依据，提出了绩效考核应该非常重视绩效过程资产形成的考核，建立统一绩效评价核心制度、衡量标准、数据库、考核体系、沟通机制、警讯处理机制。

본문침대목전아국적효고핵중존재문제，이과정자산원리위의거，제출료적효고핵응해비상중시적효과정자산형성적고핵，건립통일적효평개핵심제도、형량표준、수거고、고핵체계、구통궤제、경신처리궤제。
Based on the problems in performance appraisal in China, this paper stressed that the performance appraisal should attach great importance to the formation of process asset and establish a unified performance evaluation system, evaluation criteria, database, communication mechanism and warning settlement mechanism in accordance with the theory of process assets.
