目的：探讨吴茱萸热熨法对于胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复情况的作用。方法以随机对照的方式，将48例患者分为治疗组25例，对照组23例。结果治疗组无论是在肠鸣音出现时间还是肛门排气时间上都优于对照组。在术后早期并发症方面，从术后出血、切口感染、肠梗阻发生和十二指肠残端瘘等各个方面比较，两组患者比较，差异无统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论吴茱萸热熨法对胃癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复有促进作用，同时不增加术后并发症的发生。
목적：탐토오수유열의법대우위암술후환자위장공능회복정황적작용。방법이수궤대조적방식，장48례환자분위치료조25례，대조조23례。결과치료조무론시재장명음출현시간환시항문배기시간상도우우대조조。재술후조기병발증방면，종술후출혈、절구감염、장경조발생화십이지장잔단루등각개방면비교，량조환자비교，차이무통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론오수유열의법대위암술후환자위장공능회복유촉진작용，동시불증가술후병발증적발생。
Objective To explore the effects of way of hot compress with rutaecarapa infusion in promoting intestinal function of gastric carcinomata postoperative patients.Methods By the way of randomized controled,48 patients of postoperative gastric carcinomata were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group 25 patients,and control group 23 patients.ResultsPatients of treatment group were better than control group not only the time of bowel sound back to normal,but also time of anal exhaust,in the way of postoperative complication, Comparison from the comparison of postoperative bleeding,incision infection, intestinal obstruction,duodenal stump fistula,no statisticaly significant differences between the two groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion The way of hot compress with rutaecarapa has promoting effect in recovery of gastrointestinal function of postoperative patients,but not increase incidence of postoperative complications.
