吊杯式栽植器是吊杯式移栽机的核心部件,其结构尺寸及运动规律直接影响到秧苗的栽植质量。为了使移栽机在工作过程中减小打穴穴口的尺寸,从而减小对地膜的损害程度,从栽植器的结构与尺寸参数入手,对吊杯的结构安排及各零部件的尺寸进行了改进,利用Pro/E 完成了修改后的三维模型;同时,利用 pro/program 对修改过后的栽植器整体进行了参数化设计,分析了空间凸轮的大小、形状的改变对栽植器杯嘴开合幅度的影响,确定了各参数之间的关系。为适应不同作物的农艺要求,当投苗杯大小发生改变时,吊杯各零部件在保证栽植质量的前提下完成相应的变化,无需重新建立和装配模型,为后续运动仿真节省了重复建模的时间。其研究结果为进一步优化栽植器的结构提供了理论依据。
