目的:评价中医食疗在高血压患者营养膳食中的干预效果。方法抽取我院高血压患者224例,随机分为两组各112例:对照组(常规膳食),观察组(营养膳食),比较两组患者坐位血压、体质指数和治疗后的生存质量。结果观察组在坐位血压和体质指数两方面低于对照组, P<0.05;两组在治疗后生存质量得分比较除社会功能方面外其他7方面观察组均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论营养膳食对治疗高血压患者具有一定的疗效。

목적:평개중의식료재고혈압환자영양선식중적간예효과。방법추취아원고혈압환자224례,수궤분위량조각112례:대조조(상규선식),관찰조(영양선식),비교량조환자좌위혈압、체질지수화치료후적생존질량。결과관찰조재좌위혈압화체질지수량방면저우대조조, P<0.05;량조재치료후생존질량득분비교제사회공능방면외기타7방면관찰조균고우대조조,P<0.05。결론영양선식대치료고혈압환자구유일정적료효。
Objective To evaluate the effect of traditional chinese medicine on the nutritional diet in patients with hypertension.Methods 224 cases selected hypertensive patients in our hospital,were randomly divided into for two groups of 112 cases in each: control group(conventional dietary),the observation group(nutritional food),compared two groups of patients with sitting blood pressure,body mass index and treatment of quality of life.Results In the observation group in the sitting blood pressure and body mass index lower than that of the control group,P< 0.05,two groups after treatment,survival quality scores than the comparison social function outside the other seven aspects in the observation group were higher than control group,P< 0.05.Conclusion Nutrition diet has a certain effect on the treatment of hypertension patients.
