[目的]探讨基于跨理论模型的健康教育对社区脑卒中高危人群健康行为的影响。[方法]将96例脑卒中高危个体随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组应用跨理论模型进行健康教育,对照组给予社区常规健康教育,应用健康促进生活方式量表Ⅱ(HPLP Ⅱ)评价两组病人干预前和干预6个月后高危个体的健康行为。[结果]干预6个月后除营养和自我实现维度外,干预组的健康行为得分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]基于跨理论模型的健康教育能提高脑卒中高危人群的健康行为。

[목적]탐토기우과이론모형적건강교육대사구뇌졸중고위인군건강행위적영향。[방법]장96례뇌졸중고위개체수궤분위간예조화대조조,간예조응용과이론모형진행건강교육,대조조급여사구상규건강교육,응용건강촉진생활방식량표Ⅱ(HPLP Ⅱ)평개량조병인간예전화간예6개월후고위개체적건강행위。[결과]간예6개월후제영양화자아실현유도외,간예조적건강행위득분현저우우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。[결론]기우과이론모형적건강교육능제고뇌졸중고위인군적건강행위。
Objective:To probe into the influence of transtheoretical model based health education on health be-haviors of high risk population in stroke high risk population in community.Methods:A total of 96 cases of stroke high risk individuals were randomly divided into intervention group (48 cases)and control group (48 cases).The cases in intervention group received the health education with transtheoretical model.The cases in control group received community conventional health education.HPLPII was used to evaluate the health be-haviors of high risk individuals in both groups before and after 6 months of intervention.Results:After 6 months of intervention,except the nutrition and self realization dimension,the health behavior score in intervention group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion:The transtheoretical model based health education can improve the health behaviors of high risk population of stroke.
