为解决秋收后棉田的地膜回收率低、适应性差、人工卸膜效率低及强度大等技术问题,研制了一种具有自动对行、起膜边、动态仿形搂膜及自动卸膜等功能的立秆式地膜回收机。田间试验结果表明:该机搂膜齿入土角度在20°~30°、搂膜齿安装间距为70mm、作业平均作业速度为7.4km/h的情况下,地膜回收率为90.2%,生产效率可达到5 hm2/h ,各指标均达到设计要求。
為解決鞦收後棉田的地膜迴收率低、適應性差、人工卸膜效率低及彊度大等技術問題,研製瞭一種具有自動對行、起膜邊、動態倣形摟膜及自動卸膜等功能的立稈式地膜迴收機。田間試驗結果錶明:該機摟膜齒入土角度在20°~30°、摟膜齒安裝間距為70mm、作業平均作業速度為7.4km/h的情況下,地膜迴收率為90.2%,生產效率可達到5 hm2/h ,各指標均達到設計要求。
위해결추수후면전적지막회수솔저、괄응성차、인공사막효솔저급강도대등기술문제,연제료일충구유자동대행、기막변、동태방형루막급자동사막등공능적립간식지막회수궤。전간시험결과표명:해궤루막치입토각도재20°~30°、루막치안장간거위70mm、작업평균작업속도위7.4km/h적정황하,지막회수솔위90.2%,생산효솔가체도5 hm2/h ,각지표균체도설계요구。
To solve the technical problem of low plastic film recycling rate , poor adaptability , low efficiency and big in-tensity artificial unloading residual plastic film on residual plastic film in cotton field after the autumn harvest , a plastic film recycling machine with the functions of separate individual imitation entering the cotton lines , stirring up the side of plastic film , automatic dynamic raking and unloading the plastic film has been developed .Field experiment results show that the angles of raking plastic film tooth into field within the scope of 20 °to 30 °;the installation distance of raking plas-tic film tooth is 70mm;and the average operating speed is 7.4 km/h.When the machine with the three configurations , the plastic film recycling rate was 90.2%,the production efficiency could reach 5 hm2/h.Each indicator could achieve the design requirements .
