牧草的烘干效果直接影响牧草的品质和储藏时间。为此,根据牧草的品质和储藏要求,针对牧草烘干系统的多变量、时变和大滞后、非线性的特点,分析了牧草烘干机的结构及工艺,并应用正交试验和回归分析方法建立的非线性数学模型,设计了一种基于BP 神经网络PID控制算法的牧草烘干控制系统。试验结果表明:所设计的牧草烘干控制系统能够达到系统性能指标的要求,控制效果良好。

Drying forage directly affect the forage quality and storage time .In this paper , based on the quality and stor-age of forage drying requirements , according to the system characteristics of multivariable , time-varying and large time-delay and nonlinear , both the forage dryer structure and process are analyzed , using the nonlinear mathematical model that is established by the orthogonal test and regression analysis method , to design a forage drying control system on BP neural network PID control algorithm .The results show that it can achieve the requirements of the system performance in-dex , the control effect is good .
