棉花秸秆是重要的可再生生物质能源,其收获技术的滞后严重制约了棉秆的资源化利用。针对棉花种植行距不一致,以及棉秆收获机作业中常出现的适用范围小、拔断率高、功率消耗大等问题,创新研制了多辊式棉秆收获台。同时,介绍了收获台的工作原理以及关键部件的设计分析,对主要性能指标进行了田间试验。试验结果表明:各项指标达到了设计要求。

Cotton stalk is an important renewable biomass energy source ,however , the exploitation of which is restricted for the lag of cotton stalk harvesting technologies .Because of variety of cotton row spacing , there were some problems on cotton stalk pulling machine ,such as smaller using scope , higher pulled break rate and higher energy consumption etc . In order to solve these problems , We developed a new cotton stalk pulling head with multi-roller .The operating princi-ples of the pulling head were introduced , and the critical components were designed .The main performance indexes of the pulling head were measured by field tests .The results indicated all parameter indexes reached the design require-ments.
