为研究多级水提取对造纸法再造烟叶原料中有机酸的提取效果,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定了碎烟片(简称烟片)原料和各级滤渣中主要挥发性、半挥发性和非挥发性有机酸的含量(质量分数)。结果表明:①原料和各级滤渣中有机酸的含量存在明显差异,随着提取级数的增加,滤渣中挥发性和非挥发性有机酸总量减小,半挥发性有机酸的总量增加。原料和滤渣中的有机酸以草酸、苹果酸和柠檬酸为主,3种酸总量随提取级数的增加而减小。②滤渣中半挥发性有机酸和草酸的含量均高于其在烟片原料中的含量。采用多级水提取方法有利于烟叶原料中多数有机酸成分的提取,但并不能将烟片原料中半挥发性有机酸和草酸有效提取出来。
為研究多級水提取對造紙法再造煙葉原料中有機痠的提取效果,採用氣相色譜-質譜聯用法測定瞭碎煙片(簡稱煙片)原料和各級濾渣中主要揮髮性、半揮髮性和非揮髮性有機痠的含量(質量分數)。結果錶明:①原料和各級濾渣中有機痠的含量存在明顯差異,隨著提取級數的增加,濾渣中揮髮性和非揮髮性有機痠總量減小,半揮髮性有機痠的總量增加。原料和濾渣中的有機痠以草痠、蘋果痠和檸檬痠為主,3種痠總量隨提取級數的增加而減小。②濾渣中半揮髮性有機痠和草痠的含量均高于其在煙片原料中的含量。採用多級水提取方法有利于煙葉原料中多數有機痠成分的提取,但併不能將煙片原料中半揮髮性有機痠和草痠有效提取齣來。

In order to investigate the effect of multi-stage water extraction on organic acids extracting from raw material of paper-making process reconstituted tobacco, the contents of major volatile, semi-volatile, and nonvolatile organic acids in tobacco and residues from each stage were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results showed that: 1) The contents of volatile, semi-volatile, and nonvolatile organic acids in tobacco and residues were significantly different. Generally, with the increase of number of extraction stage, the total amounts of volatile and non-volatile organic acids in residues decreased, while the total amount of semi-volatile organic acids increased. The major organic acids in tobacco and residues were oxalic acid, malic acid and citric acid, and their total amount decreased with the increase of number of extraction stage. 2) The contents of semi-volatile organic acids and oxalic acid in residues were higher than those in tobacco. Multi-stage water extraction is effective for the extraction of most organic acids in tobacco, but it is not effective for extracting semi-volatile organic acids and oxalic acid from tobacco.
