探讨心肺运动训练在心血管疾病诊断和治疗中的应用价值。CPET是评价人体心肺功能和运动耐力的无创检测方法，通过测量VO2max、AT、BR、VE/VCO2、VE、VD/VT等多个临床指标，可同时评估机体各系统的代谢功能状况。多项研究结果显示CPET已广泛用于心血管疾病的诊断、心功能评价、治疗效果和预后的评估，并可指导冠心病患者的康复训练和运动处方的制定。CPET检测结果客观、可靠、重复性强，对心血管疾病的诊治有重要的指导价值。

Discuss the application value of cardiopulmonary exercise test(CPET)in diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. CPET is a noninvasive detection method that could evaluate human body’s cardiopulmonary function and exercise tolerance. By measuring several clinical indices such as VO2max、AT、BR、VE/VCO2、VE、VD/VT,the status of human body’s metabolism and function assessed. It is revealed that CPET has been widely applied in diagnosis of cardiovascular disease,evaluation of cardiac function,estimation of treatment effect and prognosis,also regarded as an important guidance of formulating exercise prescription and rehabilitation training plan for patients with coronary heart disease. The result of CPET is objective, reliable and with high repeatability,which could be used as one of the significant guidelines in diagnosis of cardiovascular disease.
