目的：探析疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗中老年腹股沟疝的疗效。方法选取2013年1月～2014年4月在我院接受疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗的中老年腹股沟疝患者126例，作为研究组，同时选择我院以往收治的进行传统疝修补手术治疗的患者100例，作为对照组，对比两组治疗情况。结果两组手术时间、住院时间差异不具有统计学意义，（P>0.05）；研究组的下床活动时间（15.1±7.7）h、切口疼痛时间（2.2±1.1）d优于对照组，（P<0.05）。研究组术后并发症发生率为4.0%，对照组为16.0%；研究组复发率为0.8%，对照组为3.0%；术后并发症和复发率比较（P<0.05）。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝疗效更确切，并发症少、恢复快和复发率较低。
목적：탐석산배충전식무장력산수보술치료중노년복고구산적료효。방법선취2013년1월～2014년4월재아원접수산배충전식무장력산수보술치료적중노년복고구산환자126례，작위연구조，동시선택아원이왕수치적진행전통산수보수술치료적환자100례，작위대조조，대비량조치료정황。결과량조수술시간、주원시간차이불구유통계학의의，（P>0.05）；연구조적하상활동시간（15.1±7.7）h、절구동통시간（2.2±1.1）d우우대조조，（P<0.05）。연구조술후병발증발생솔위4.0%，대조조위16.0%；연구조복발솔위0.8%，대조조위3.0%；술후병발증화복발솔비교（P<0.05）。결론산배충전식무장력산수보술치료복고구산료효경학절，병발증소、회복쾌화복발솔교저。
Objective To analysis the efficacy of hernia ring filing tension-free hernia repair in elderly inguinal hernia.Methods Selected from January 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital hernia ring filing tension hernia repair of inguinal hernia treatment of 126 cases of elderly patients,as the study group,but admitted to our hospital in the past were the traditional hernia repair surgery 100 patients,as a control group,compared two groups of treatment.Results Two operative time,length of hospital stay was not significantly different,(P> 0.05),study group ambulation(15.1±7.7)h,incision time(2.2±1.1) d was significantly better than the control group,(P< 0.05 ). Study postoperative complication rate was 4.0% in the control group was 16.0%,the recurrence rate was 0.8% in the study group,the control group3.0%,postoperative complication and recurrence rate(P< 0.05).Conclusion Hernia ring filing tension-free hernia repair inguinal hernia effect more precise,fewer complications,faster recovery and lower recurrence rates.
