三峡船闸上游锚地监控管理系统的建设可以帮助提高船舶过闸效率,充分发挥三峡工程的通航效益。对三峡坝区的安全监管现状进行分析,设计了三峡船闸上游锚地监控管理系统的架构,根据系统主体需求对主要功能模块进行设计。该系统主要包括监控数据采集、通航环境信息发布、锚地状态动态监控和锚地业务管理等子系统。该系统可实现对三峡库区航道、船闸、码头和渡口等重点水域的监控。
三峽船閘上遊錨地鑑控管理繫統的建設可以幫助提高船舶過閘效率,充分髮揮三峽工程的通航效益。對三峽壩區的安全鑑管現狀進行分析,設計瞭三峽船閘上遊錨地鑑控管理繫統的架構,根據繫統主體需求對主要功能模塊進行設計。該繫統主要包括鑑控數據採集、通航環境信息髮佈、錨地狀態動態鑑控和錨地業務管理等子繫統。該繫統可實現對三峽庫區航道、船閘、碼頭和渡口等重點水域的鑑控。

The monitoring and management system construction of the anchorage at the upstream of the Three Gorges Dam Lock can raise the efficiencies of shipping lockage capacity and give full play to the benefits of waterway transportation.The current status of the safety supervision in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region is analyzed for the framework designing of the target system.Furthermore, we can design the monitoring and management system framework of the anchorage at the upstream of the Three Gorges Dam Lock and the main function modules according to the analysis of system re-quirements.This system includes four functional sub-systems,namely,monitoring data collection sub-system,navigational environment information release sub-system,anchorage status dynamic mo-nitoring sub-system,and anchorage business management sub-system.The designed system can assist in supervising the waterways,ship locks,docks and ferries in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region.
