随着人口老龄化的深入发展，世界各国都在调整和完善本国的养老服务模式，走多元化、协同化、融合化之路是养老服务模式的发展方向。目前，国内外老年人长期照护服务模式的研究主要集中于对模式本身内容的研究以及对家庭照护服务模式、社区照护服务模式、机构照护服务模式的专门研究。这些研究为我们了解老年人长期照护服务模式提供了大量的实证材料和经验；但是，在新的发展形势下，目前的研究范式相对“板块化”，研究内容重现状分析而轻实际运作，同时严重忽略老年人自身的能动性。

With the development of an aging population, countries all over the world are readjusting and improving their national pension services, and the trend of development is to build a diversified, synergistic and syncretic serving mode. At present, the focal point of studies at home and abroad is the mode itself and the home-care, the community-care and the institutional-care service mode. These studies make us to have a better understanding of long-term care service mode by providing speciifc empirical material and experiences. Under the new developing trend, however, these research paradigms seem to be unitary, pay more emphasis on situation analysis rather than practical considerations, and have neglected old people’s own initiative seriously.
