目的:比较两种玻璃纤维桩与牙本质间粘结强度的差别。方法将16颗离体单根管前磨牙垂直于牙长轴在釉牙骨质界去除牙关,完成常规根管治疗和根管预备,根管充填暂封一周后,用帕娜比亚F树脂粘结剂将玻璃纤维状粘结于根管内。随机分为两组:FIBER POST R FIBER LUX桩组为A组,FIBIO桩组为B组。沿着与牙长轴垂直的方向将牙切成0.3 mm厚度的片段,每个牙均切两个片段作测试的样本,采用万能试验仪对每个样本进行推出试验,所得试验数据进行单因素方差分析。体视显微镜下观察样本的破坏类型。结果 FIBERLUX组的粘接强度均值为(15.14±7.35)Mpa最大,其次为FIBIO组(10.82±7.43)Mpa。结论在使用相同的桩树脂粘结剂的情况下两种玻璃纤维桩与牙本质之间粘接强度无差异。

Objective To evaluate the influence of two kinds of glass fiber post on bond strength of fiber post to root dentin using the same resin cement.Methods Sixteen sound single rooted premorlars that had similar dimentions were selected,and then their coronal aspects were removed. After endodontic treatment for one week,glass fiber post were cemented to the root canals,16 teeth were randomly divided into two groups: fiber post,fibio grops. A direction perpendicular to the long axis of the tooth tooth 0.3 mm thickness and cut into segments,each tooth was cut two fragments as a sample test, using a universal testing instrument introduced tests for each sample. The dates obtained were submitted to the one–way.Results FIBERLUX group mean bond strength(15.14±7.35)Mpa, FIBIO group(10.82±7.43)Mpa.Conclusion The bond strengths of different glass fiber posts to root dentin were similar.
