目的：关爱服务在流产后降低重复流产率中的应用价值。方法选2013年1月～2014年1月在我站进行人工流产的760例患者，征得380例患者同意，随机分为2组，对照组180例术后给予常规性的介绍及注意事项；观察组200例，给予关爱服务，对比两组患者术后避孕效果。结果观察组避孕知识的知晓率、半年内高效避孕方法使用率方面比对照组高，再次意外妊娠人数比对照组低（P<0.05）。结论在流产手术后开展关爱服务，能够使育龄妇女的避孕意识有效提高，有利于及时采取高效的避孕措施，有效保护女性生殖健康降低重复流产率。
목적：관애복무재유산후강저중복유산솔중적응용개치。방법선2013년1월～2014년1월재아참진행인공유산적760례환자，정득380례환자동의，수궤분위2조，대조조180례술후급여상규성적개소급주의사항；관찰조200례，급여관애복무，대비량조환자술후피잉효과。결과관찰조피잉지식적지효솔、반년내고효피잉방법사용솔방면비대조조고，재차의외임신인수비대조조저（P<0.05）。결론재유산수술후개전관애복무，능구사육령부녀적피잉의식유효제고，유리우급시채취고효적피잉조시，유효보호녀성생식건강강저중복유산솔。
Objective To reduce post-abortion care services in the value of repeat abortion rate.MethodsWe got an 760 abortion patients in January 2013 to January 2014,380 patients agreed to consent were randomly divided into two groups,a control group of 180 cases treated with conventional surgery introduction and notes,200 cases of observation group received care services,compared two groups of patients after contraceptive effect.Results The study group awareness of contraceptive knowledge,within six months of effective contraceptive use obviously higher than the control group,the number of accidental pregnancies again significantly lower than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion After abortion care services carried out, enabling effective contraception women of childbearing age increase awareness,help to take timely and efficient contraceptive measures,the effective protection of women's reproductive health to reduce the rate of repeat abortions.
