分析了基于现在海上输油管道、西气东输等大型管道在装配时夹具的不便于使用、不便于维护、作业人员工作的困难，得出了快速对接装置在机械设备加工，机械零部件加工与装配的夹具设计与制造过程都很重要，在相当重要的程度上决定了加工与装配的精度质量，尤其是野外安装操作。
