目的：探究前列腺增生采用低温等离子电切治疗的临床疗效。方法选取70例前列腺增生患者，随机数字法分位对照组和治疗组，各组均35例，对照组采用传统经尿道电切术治疗，治疗组采用经尿道低温等离子电切术治疗。结果治疗组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组（P<0.05），患者手术时间短于对照组（P<0.05），术中出血量少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论前列腺增生采用低温等离子电切治疗，治疗效果良好。

목적：탐구전렬선증생채용저온등리자전절치료적림상료효。방법선취70례전렬선증생환자，수궤수자법분위대조조화치료조，각조균35례，대조조채용전통경뇨도전절술치료，치료조채용경뇨도저온등리자전절술치료。결과치료조환자치료총유효솔고우대조조（P<0.05），환자수술시간단우대조조（P<0.05），술중출혈량소우대조조（P<0.05）。결론전렬선증생채용저온등리자전절치료，치료효과량호。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of low temperature plasma electro resection for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected,randomly divided into 35 cases in the control group and the treatment group,the control group was treated with conventional transurethral resection of the prostate,the treatment group was treated by transurethral resection of low temperature plasma.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P< 0.05),the patients were shorter than the control group(P< 0.05),the bleeding volume was less than that of the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Low temperature plasma treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia,treatment effect is good.
