针对梁体钢筋绑扎控制难和保护层不准确等问题,自行设计钢筋绑扎模架,工人在模架内绑扎钢筋骨架,准确定位,骨架钢筋横平竖直,钢筋保护层合格率均在95%以上,梁体施工质量得到保证和提高。这一技术将大大提高T梁施工的标准化,并将预制T梁的施工提升到了一个崭新的台阶,其成功经验对今后的类似工程具有重要的借鉴参考价值。
針對樑體鋼觔綁扎控製難和保護層不準確等問題,自行設計鋼觔綁扎模架,工人在模架內綁扎鋼觔骨架,準確定位,骨架鋼觔橫平豎直,鋼觔保護層閤格率均在95%以上,樑體施工質量得到保證和提高。這一技術將大大提高T樑施工的標準化,併將預製T樑的施工提升到瞭一箇嶄新的檯階,其成功經驗對今後的類似工程具有重要的藉鑒參攷價值。
