目的：探析腹腔镜手术治疗肠旋转不良的临床疗效。方法搜集本院儿科2014年2月～2015年2月诊治的47例肠旋转不良患儿，根据手术方式不同分为两组，甲组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，乙组采用开腹手术治疗，对比两组患儿的临床效果。结果（1）甲组患儿的治疗好转率91.7%（22/24）高于乙组82.6%（19/23），P<0.05；（2）甲组患儿的术中出血量、应激时间、肠道功能恢复时间和住院天数短于乙组，P<0.05；（3）甲组患儿并发症的发生率低于乙组，P<0.05。结论腹腔镜手术治疗肠旋转不良的临床疗效显著，可以提高患儿的治愈率，降低并发症的发生率，临床治疗价值高。
목적：탐석복강경수술치료장선전불량적림상료효。방법수집본원인과2014년2월～2015년2월진치적47례장선전불량환인，근거수술방식불동분위량조，갑조채용복강경수술치료，을조채용개복수술치료，대비량조환인적림상효과。결과（1）갑조환인적치료호전솔91.7%（22/24）고우을조82.6%（19/23），P<0.05；（2）갑조환인적술중출혈량、응격시간、장도공능회복시간화주원천수단우을조，P<0.05；（3）갑조환인병발증적발생솔저우을조，P<0.05。결론복강경수술치료장선전불량적림상료효현저，가이제고환인적치유솔，강저병발증적발생솔，림상치료개치고。
Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in treatment of malrotation.MethodsChose 47 patients of malrotation who were treated in pediatric department of hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 and separated them into two groups according to different treatment methods, patients in group A were given laparoscopic surgery treatment and patients in group B were given laparotomy surgery treatment,then compared patients’ treatment effects between two groups.Results (1)treatment improvement rate in group A was 91.7%(22/24),which was much higher than 82.6%(19/23)in group B,P< 0.05.(2)patients’ operation hemorrhage,stress time,intestinal function recovery time and hospitalization days in group A were much shorter than counterparts in group B,P< 0.05.(3)complication incidence in group A was quite less than that in control group,P< 0.05.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is of efficacy in treatment of malrotation,it is conducive to increasing treatment efficacy and reducing complication incidence,thus,such a treatment method is of clinical application value.
