目的：探讨经皮穿刺侧路镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法对11例腰椎间盘突出症患者均行经皮穿刺侧路镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术。观察11例患者术前，术后当时、术后1周和术后1、3个月疼痛程度及临床疗效。结果11例患者术后当时、术后1周和术后1、3个月 VAS得分分别为（4．18±0．98）分、（2．55±0．93）分、（1．82±1．08）分和（1．18±0．75）分，均明显低于术前的（8．55±1．04）分（均P＜0．05）。按改良的Macnab疗效评定标准评定：优8例，良2例，差1例，优良率为90．9％。结论经皮穿刺侧路镜下椎间盘髓核摘除术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种有效方法，具有手术创伤小、术后疼痛轻及术后恢复快等优点。
목적：탐토경피천자측로경하추간반수핵적제술치료요추간반돌출증적림상료효。방법대11례요추간반돌출증환자균행경피천자측로경하추간반수핵적제술。관찰11례환자술전，술후당시、술후1주화술후1、3개월동통정도급림상료효。결과11례환자술후당시、술후1주화술후1、3개월 VAS득분분별위（4．18±0．98）분、（2．55±0．93）분、（1．82±1．08）분화（1．18±0．75）분，균명현저우술전적（8．55±1．04）분（균P＜0．05）。안개량적Macnab료효평정표준평정：우8례，량2례，차1례，우량솔위90．9％。결론경피천자측로경하추간반수핵적제술시치료요추간반돌출증적일충유효방법，구유수술창상소、술후동통경급술후회복쾌등우점。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous transforaminal lateral en-doscopic discectomy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods Percutaneous transfo-raminal lateral endoscopic discectomy was performed in 1 1 patients with lumbar disc herniation. The degree of pain and clinical efficacy were observed before operation,immediately after opera-tion,and 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation.Results The VAS scores were 8.55 ± 1.04,4.18±0.98,2.55±0.93,1.82±1.08 and 1.18±0.75 before operation,immediately after operation,1 week after operation,1 month after operation and 3 months after operation,respec-tively.VAS scores were significantly decreased after percutaneous transforaminal lateral endo-scopic discectomy(P<0.05).According to the modified Macnab criteria,the outcome was excel-lent in 8 patients,good in 2 patients and poor in 1 patient.The excellent and good rate was 90.9%.Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal lateral endoscopic discectomy is effective for lumbar disc herniation and is associated with small trauma,mild postoperative pain and fast recov-ery.
