目的::探究肺炎支原体感染患儿凝血及免疫功能变化的临床意义。方法:选取2012年1月—2015年2月我院收治的35例肺炎支原体感染患儿为实验组,另选取同期来我院查体的健康体检者35例为对照组,均行凝血及免疫功能检测,分析感染肺炎支原体后凝血与免疫功能改变的临床意义。结果:实验组 FIB 明显较对照组高,PT、APTT 较对照组低,且 CD4/CD8比值、CD3+、CD4+、补体 C4、补体 C3、IgG、IgM、IgA 均较对照组低,CD8+较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:肺炎支原体感染伴有内源性及激活外源性凝血系统,易抑制患儿凝血及免疫功能,临床上应引起足够重视。

목적::탐구폐염지원체감염환인응혈급면역공능변화적림상의의。방법:선취2012년1월—2015년2월아원수치적35례폐염지원체감염환인위실험조,령선취동기래아원사체적건강체검자35례위대조조,균행응혈급면역공능검측,분석감염폐염지원체후응혈여면역공능개변적림상의의。결과:실험조 FIB 명현교대조조고,PT、APTT 교대조조저,차 CD4/CD8비치、CD3+、CD4+、보체 C4、보체 C3、IgG、IgM、IgA 균교대조조저,CD8+교대조조고,차이유통계학의의(P <0.05)。결론:폐염지원체감염반유내원성급격활외원성응혈계통,역억제환인응혈급면역공능,림상상응인기족구중시。
Objective:To explore clinical significance of changes of blood coagulation and immune function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection.Methods:35 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were chosen on the hospital from January 2012 to February 201 5 as the experimental group.Then another 35 healthy persons who came to the hospital for physical examination at the same time were chosen as control group.All of the people in two groups had taken coagulation and immune function detection for analyzing the clinical significance of changes of blood coagula-tion and immune function in children with mycoplasma pneumonia infection.Results:The FIB of experimental group was significantly higher than the control group.And PT of the group and APTT were lower than that in control group.And the ratio of CD4/CD8,CD3 + ,CD4 + ,complement C4 ,complement C3 ,IgG,IgM,IgA were all lower than those in the control group.CD8 + was relatively higher than the control group.The difference was statistically signifi-cant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Mycoplasma infection is associated with endogenous and exogenous activation coagulation system which is easy to inhibit the blood coagulation and immune function of children so that enough clinical attention should be paid.
