地域文化与地方美食紧密相连，并相互影响。陕西位于我国西北地区，受当地地理、气候、历史、民族等因素的影响，形成了特有的地域文化，在这种地域文化的影响下，也形成了独具特色的陕西地方美食。研究陕西省地域文化对地方美食的影响，能更好地促进地方美食的发展。
地域文化與地方美食緊密相連，併相互影響。陝西位于我國西北地區，受噹地地理、氣候、歷史、民族等因素的影響，形成瞭特有的地域文化，在這種地域文化的影響下，也形成瞭獨具特色的陝西地方美食。研究陝西省地域文化對地方美食的影響，能更好地促進地方美食的髮展。
지역문화여지방미식긴밀상련，병상호영향。협서위우아국서북지구，수당지지리、기후、역사、민족등인소적영향，형성료특유적지역문화，재저충지역문화적영향하，야형성료독구특색적협서지방미식。연구합서성지역문화대지방미식적영향，능경호지촉진지방미식적발전。
Regional culture and local cuisine are interlinked and interactive with each other .Located in the northwest China ,Shaanxi Province boasts its own regional culture bred by local geography ,climate,history and peoples ,hence bringing about unique Shaanxi local gourmet foods .A study of the influence of Shaanxi regional culture on its local foods can better boost the flourishing of local cuisine .
