政府采购是财政性资金采购的主要形式，通过政府采购，尤其是政府集中采购，有利于对采购活动的管理监督，能够提高财政性资金使用效益。政府采购是法律规范活动，必须严格法制化，否则，不但不能发挥积极有利作用，提高财政性资金使用效益，而且容易产生副作用，导致或扩大采购腐败。
政府採購是財政性資金採購的主要形式，通過政府採購，尤其是政府集中採購，有利于對採購活動的管理鑑督，能夠提高財政性資金使用效益。政府採購是法律規範活動，必鬚嚴格法製化，否則，不但不能髮揮積極有利作用，提高財政性資金使用效益，而且容易產生副作用，導緻或擴大採購腐敗。
정부채구시재정성자금채구적주요형식，통과정부채구，우기시정부집중채구，유리우대채구활동적관리감독，능구제고재정성자금사용효익。정부채구시법률규범활동，필수엄격법제화，부칙，불단불능발휘적겁유리작용，제고재정성자금사용효익，이차용역산생부작용，도치혹확대채구부패。
Government procurement is the main form of fiscal fund procurement. Through government procure-ment, esp. the government centralized procurement, the management and supervision of procurement is much easi-er and the efficient use of fiscal funds can be ensured. The government procurement is a legal activity which must be strictly institutionalized;otherwise, not only will the government procurement fail to play a positive role in im-proving the efficient use of fiscal funds but it will also produce negative effects and lead to or expand corruption.
