目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的变化以及与右心室舒张功能的关系。方法对 OSAS患者(42例,OSAS组)和正常体检者(42例,对照组)进行多导睡眠图(poly somnography,PSG)监测和血清 VEGF含量的检测,并用二维多普勒超声心动图测定2组的右心功能。结果 OS-AS组患者血清 VEGF含量升高,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。OSAS患者右心室搏出量(RVSV)较对照组增大(P<0.01),而右心室 E/A值较对照组减小(P<0.01)。OSAS患者血清 VEGF与右心室 E/A呈负相关关系(r=-0.37,P<0.01)。结论 OSAS患者血清 VEGF含量明显增高,与 OSAS患者右心功能不全有关。

목적:탐토조새성수면호흡잠정종합정(OSAS)환자혈청중혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)적변화이급여우심실서장공능적관계。방법대 OSAS환자(42례,OSAS조)화정상체검자(42례,대조조)진행다도수면도(poly somnography,PSG)감측화혈청 VEGF함량적검측,병용이유다보륵초성심동도측정2조적우심공능。결과 OS-AS조환자혈청 VEGF함량승고,명현고우대조조(P<0.01)。OSAS환자우심실박출량(RVSV)교대조조증대(P<0.01),이우심실 E/A치교대조조감소(P<0.01)。OSAS환자혈청 VEGF여우심실 E/A정부상관관계(r=-0.37,P<0.01)。결론 OSAS환자혈청 VEGF함량명현증고,여 OSAS환자우심공능불전유관。
Objective To investigate the changes in serum levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and its relationship to right ventricular diastolic function in patients with obstruc-tive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods Polysomnography was performed and serum VEGF levels were measured in 42 OSAS patients(OSAS group)and 42 normal subjects(control group). In addition,the right ventricular function was determined using two-dimensional echocardiography in both groups.Results Compared with control group,serum VEGF levels and right ventricular stroke volume significantly increased but E/A ratio obviously decreased in OSAS group (P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between serum VEGF levels and right ventricular E/A ratio(r=-0.37,P<0.01).Conclusion Serum VEGF levels significantly increase and are corre-lated with right heart dysfunction in OSAS patients.
