目的:建立毛细管气相色谱法测定降纤酶原液中磷酸三丁酯残留量。方法以磷酸三丙酯作内标,采用AT-FFAP色谱柱(30 m×0.32μm×0.25 mm);气化室温度190℃;检测器温度210℃;柱温140℃;载气为氮气。结果磷酸三丁酯在质量浓度2~16μg/mL内线性关系良好;r为0.9973;质控样品在低、中、高3个浓度下加样回收率分别为98%、101.3%、100.6%,RSD分别为:1.8%、1.08%、2.51%(n=3)。结论该方法快速、准确,适用于降纤酶原液中磷酸三丁酯残留量的测定。

Objective To establish a capillary gas chromatography (GC) for the determination of residue tri(n-butyl) phosphate (TNBP) in the original solution of deifbrase. Methods Using tripropyl phosphate (TPP) as internal standard, a simple capillary GC method was developed with a AT-FFAP capillary column (30 m×0.32 μm×0.25 mm);the injection port temperature was 190℃;the detector temperature was 210℃;column temperature was 140℃;the carries gas was high purity nitrogen. Results The linear range of TNBP was 2-16 μg/mL(r=0.9973). At low, medium and high concentrations, the recovery of TNBP was 98%, 101.3%, 100.6%respectively, and the RSD was 1.8%, 1.08%and 2.51%(n=3) respectively. Conclusion The methods is simple, precise and accurate, and can be used to determine residue of TNBP in the original solution of deifbrase.
