目的：探讨ADAM33单核苷酸多态性与尘螨过敏性哮喘间的关联性。方法取哮喘病、健康人各100例，通过AS-PCR、DNA测序法等，分别测定ADAM33基因F+1、S2、T2及V4位点。结果两组在S2位点基因型及等位基因频率上，存在明显差异(P<0.05)；与过敏性哮喘易感性无显著关联（P>0.05）。结论 S2位点基因多态性与过敏性哮喘显著相关，与病情严重性及肺功能指标关联甚微。
목적：탐토ADAM33단핵감산다태성여진만과민성효천간적관련성。방법취효천병、건강인각100례，통과AS-PCR、DNA측서법등，분별측정ADAM33기인F+1、S2、T2급V4위점。결과량조재S2위점기인형급등위기인빈솔상，존재명현차이(P<0.05)；여과민성효천역감성무현저관련（P>0.05）。결론 S2위점기인다태성여과민성효천현저상관，여병정엄중성급폐공능지표관련심미。
Objective To investigate the relationship between ADAM33 single nucleotide polymorphism and dust mites allergic asthma among. Methods The asthma and 100 healthy people were selected, by means of AS-PCR, DNA sequencing, ADAM33 genes F+1, S2, T2 and V4 loci were determined respectively. Results The two groups in the S2 genotype and allele frequencies, there is obvious difference (P<0.05);no significant association with susceptibility to allergic asthma (P>0.05). Conclusion Signiifcant correlation of S2 polymorphism with allergic asthma, with severity of pulmonary function indices and little.
