涂层克重是影响功能性涂层织物质量的重要因素，对涂层织物的撕破强力、耐水压等性能以及生产成本影响较大，是生产过程中重要的工艺参数之一。本文在分析传统的人工检测涂层织物涂层克重弊端的基础上，介绍了基于射线、电容、红外3种不同测试原理的涂层克重在线检测技术的研究现状，并列举了部分研究工作，最后对涂层克重在线检测的发展动向进行了展望。

Coating weight is a decisive factor for the quality of functional coated fabric and one of the important process parameters in production and it has direct impact on physical properties of the fabric such as tear strength and water pressure resistance as well as production costs and economic beneifts. Based on analyzing the defects of traditional manual coating weight testing techniques, it introduced the recent progress made in the research of online coating weight testing technologies, which are respectively based on situation-ray, capacitance and infrared, and listed some research work undertaken by the authors. Finally, the future development of coating weight measurement system was forecast.
