为了探究体育锻炼与短时记忆力之间的关系,随机抽取西安市远东二中10名高一学生作为研究对象,运用文献资料法、数理统计法、实验法等方法针对体育锻炼对短时记忆力的影响进行了实验研究。运用统计学软件spss19.0对两次实验数据进行对比分析,得出研究结论:训练前后10名学生的短时记忆力变化有非常显著性差异,体育锻炼对短时记忆力产生了积极的影响。其中记忆用时在记忆字长不变的情况下,记忆用时明显降低;学生两次测试的记忆字长和记忆广度数据有非常显著性的变化,记忆字长人均提高了1个值,记忆广度人均提高了0.85个值。
