目的：探讨品管圈活动在提高心外科老年患者动脉采血成功率中的应用效果。方法成立“脉动圈”品管圈，通过现况调查，制定目标，提出整改措施，按品管圈程序开展实施和分析效果。结果开展品管圈活动后心外科老年患者动脉采血成功率明显高于开展品管圈活动前，动脉采血成功率由原来的74.3%提高到92.9%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。另外，品管圈活动实施及应用、品管圈成员团结协作精神、各成员专业知识学习及护患关系均有明显改善，这是本次品管圈活动所获得的无形成果。结论开展品管圈活动不仅提高了心外科老年患者动脉采血成功率，而且还促进了品管圈成员自身素质的提高以及建立和谐的护患关系。
목적：탐토품관권활동재제고심외과노년환자동맥채혈성공솔중적응용효과。방법성립“맥동권”품관권，통과현황조사，제정목표，제출정개조시，안품관권정서개전실시화분석효과。결과개전품관권활동후심외과노년환자동맥채혈성공솔명현고우개전품관권활동전，동맥채혈성공솔유원래적74.3%제고도92.9%，차이유통계학의의（P<0.01）。령외，품관권활동실시급응용、품관권성원단결협작정신、각성원전업지식학습급호환관계균유명현개선，저시본차품관권활동소획득적무형성과。결론개전품관권활동불부제고료심외과노년환자동맥채혈성공솔，이차환촉진료품관권성원자신소질적제고이급건립화해적호환관계。
Objective To study the function of quality control circle in improving the succsess rate of arterial puncture in elderly patients in the department of cardiac surgery. Methods A quality control circle named arteriopalmus circle was established. Analysis and investigation, setting the target and preseting the rectiifcatione measures. Following the QCC procedures to implement and analyze the effect. Results After the QCC activity was carried out, the success rate of arterial puncture in elderly patients in the department of cardiac surgery was signiifcantly improved from 74.3%before the activity to 92.9%, and the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.01). What’s more important was that implementation and application of QCC, the QCC members’ spirit of cooperation, professional knowledge learning of the team members and the relationship between nurses and patients were obviously improved, which were the intangible results of the quality control circle activity. Conclusion The quality control circle activity not only improved the successes rate of arterial puncture in elderly patients in the department of cardiac surgery, but also promoted improving QCC members’ self-quality and building harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
