脑出血具有高发病率、高死亡率、高致残率等特点，目前相当多的对脑出血的生理病理学机制的研究在进行着，近年来，研究发现活血化瘀法在脑出血后的生理病理变化过程中起着关键介导干预作用，能够促进脑出血后血管修复再生、减少脑含水量、保护脑神经功能，这些研究为活血化瘀法治疗脑出血提供了实验依据。

Intracerebral hemorrhage has high incidence and high mortality and high morbidity,there has a lot of re-searchs on the physiological and pathological mechanism of brain hemorrhage. In recent years,the study found that promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method in the process of physiological and pathological changes after intracerebral hemorrhage intervention plays a key mediating effect,it can promote vascular repair regeneration after cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral water content,protect brain nerve function. These studies for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method provides a basis for the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage.
