目的：探讨玻璃酸钠联合针灸推拿治疗退行性膝关节炎的临床效果。方法对照组采用玻璃酸钠治疗，观察组采用玻璃酸钠联合针灸推拿治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率82.6%，对照组总有效率65.2%，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论玻璃酸钠联合针灸推拿治疗退行性关节炎的效果较好，值得临床推广。
目的：探討玻璃痠鈉聯閤針灸推拿治療退行性膝關節炎的臨床效果。方法對照組採用玻璃痠鈉治療，觀察組採用玻璃痠鈉聯閤針灸推拿治療，比較兩組的治療效果。結果觀察組總有效率82.6%，對照組總有效率65.2%，兩組比較差異有統計學意義。結論玻璃痠鈉聯閤針灸推拿治療退行性關節炎的效果較好，值得臨床推廣。
목적：탐토파리산납연합침구추나치료퇴행성슬관절염적림상효과。방법대조조채용파리산납치료，관찰조채용파리산납연합침구추나치료，비교량조적치료효과。결과관찰조총유효솔82.6%，대조조총유효솔65.2%，량조비교차이유통계학의의。결론파리산납연합침구추나치료퇴행성관절염적효과교호，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium hyaluronate combined acupuncture and massage in the treatment of retrogressive gonarthritis. Methods The control group was treated by sodium hyaluronate and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate combined acupuncture and massage, comparing the treatment effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 82.6%and that of the control group was 65.2%, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Sodium hyaluronate combined acupuncture and massage in the treatment of retrogressive gonarthritis had good effect, worth clinical promotion.
